Exhaust manifold stud REMOVAL???????
If the heads are rounded off you can carefully bore through the center of th bolts untill the fall apart and remove the fragments out of the block and get 2 new bolts.
If the bolt itself is stripped, just get 2 new bolts
If the blocks treads are stripped, then you have rethread the block. or bore the threads, tap a sleeve in, and thread that.

if its just the studs, grab a set of vice grips and tighten them down good, and just lefty loosey them off. when you put the new studs in just thread them in as far as you can by hand and torque the nut down when you put the exhaust on and you're good to go
Another way of removing studs, without the tool, is to take 2 of the nuts and screw both of them on the end of the stud. Tighten the nuts against each other. Then use a wrench on the back nut to loosen the stud. You may have to hold another wrench or socket on the front stud to prevent it from spinning

use a small pipe wrench unless the cylinder head threads are stripped, or you can drill them out and use a tap to retap the holes, and if the threads in the head are stripped you can buy a Heli-Coil kit, i used one on a stripped hole in my VC
