I have searched this topic and know it will work. But, w/ all the searching I have done I can't find out if I'm going to have to cut my new cat back exhaust. Anybody got any info on this topic it would be great. By the way, can I just buy an aftermarket header and cat for an EX or should I go w/ the factory EX setup?

 

I wouldn't hurt to go ahead and step up to a good aftermarket header. As for lining up, just have a custom exhaust made and it won't matter.

I just had this exhaust put on. It's a 2.25 custom catback w/ magnaflow muffler.
Don't really want to cut it up if I don't have to.

 

The ex manifold will bolt up to your catback, but if you also add a cat it will be to long and you will need to shorten your exhaust.
