did a jdm b16 swap in my eg......my manifold doesnt have a nipple for the small hose on the bottom of the purge solenoid. do i even need it?(the solenoid)

i had another eg with a gsr w/ skunk2 im and if i remember correctly i had a free plug and no purge solenoid.

is it a necessary thing?

my motor is a jdm b16a and the head says 91 and the block number starts with a 1

does that motor not need the solenoid?

nm searched it in the archives and found the info
