Default estimate for repairs?

Hey everybody...

I am buying a used 1995 prelude SRV(i am in Canada). I have a preliminary inspection that the seller has faxed me. Here is a list of needed repairs:

1. Outer CV boot has crack... not sure which side.
2. Transmission Shift Seal Leaks.
3. Steering wheel off center.
4. Missing spare tire and jack.

The notes on the inspection say "oil leak on R/axle seal area ... shifted seals first... "

The compression is 175 across all cylinders. I will be taking the car in for another inspection before I buy. Can anyone ballpark how much the repairs would cost? Also.. why would the steering wheel be off center?.. Alignment?...

Thanks for all your help guys.

Dan

P.S. Not sure if this is right forum so mods can move if necessary.

As far as the steering wheel thing, an alignment can fix that.. Figure around 100 or so bucks.

the seal job isn't very expensive, 30$ worth of parts, 1h30 of labor max, if youre slighly experienced, you can even do it yourself

you can easily find the spare and jack in a scrapyard for real cheap

thanks for the info so far...

would an alignment fix the steering wheel for sure or is there another reason that it could be off center??
