Erratic idle only when its cold outside?

Erratic idle only when its cold outside?
My 88 Accord idles up and down like crazy only when the temp outside drops bellow like 60 or so. It will start doing this around this time of year and stop in the spring like clockwork.This has nothing to do with engine temp.
