Peace to the honda nation

I am new to the import scene..
I have a 98 gsr with a b18b motor in her..the kid i bought her off of replaced the blown original motor and did the timimg himself and adjusted the valves wrong any suggestions???? He said possible put a rocker in wrong..

Easiest thing you can do is remove the valve cover and check your valve clearance may just need to be readjusted.....also check the tps voltage for the erratic idle it may be adjusted incorrectly or may just be bad. There is write ups eveywhere on how to do both of these.
