Engine wont start after wire tuck
97 civic EX just finished up my wire tuck and engine wont start, I've got a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and even as the fuel pump is priming it shows zero pressure, so there's got to be something wrong there but i'm not getting how that could be? the only way i can even get the pump to prime is to disconnect the battery and then hook it back up again and then it will prime once but that's all it wont run again unless i repeat that process. I read something that if the engine doesn't sense oil pressure it will shut down the fuel pump could this be contributing to my problem?
Also on the instrument panel I've got a oil press light, SRS light (SRS has been removed) and Battery light that don't turn off even with the key completely off.

Ok i jumper-ed the fuel pump and i got pressure, engine still wont start but at least i know its not the fuel pump now, what should i check now? i checked spark as best i could by myself and it is getting spark.
So i trouble shot down to bad coil and ICM, waiting for parts now should be here tomorrow.
But i still cant figure out why i have dash lights that don't turn off with the key off, their not fully on, kinda dimmer until i turn the key then they are brighter. i know the SRS light will always remain on sense i removed it all but none of them should stay on with the key out.

Just re-soldered main relay connections and now while the car cranks i can hear the relay making a constant clicking sound.

Wire tucks should be illegal. I've seen three wire tucks done correctly in my entire life.
You're probably missing a ground somewhere, or you have a ground and power wire mixed up.
Honestly it could be any of them, you're going to have to go through them one by one. For future reference, never do a wire tuck.

90% are not done correctly

like i've told people before, wire tucks are is not hard physicall work, it's just very detailed work. you can't just wing it.....
take your time, double check everything before you loom it up and secure it in place.
un-doing it is such as PITA.
