engine wont crank???

engine wont crank???
ok, put in new motor and connected all the wires/plugs. Brand new battery and coil and brand new plugs. the motor just wont turn over. everything else if working, but the motor wont turn. what could it be? i can turn the motor by hand but when i go to start it, it wont move...
