Default Engine Swap?

Hello...new here, and new to Honda so take it easy on me

I have a newly acquired 93 Civic DX.
It has engine problems, 100lb in #4 and 0lb's in #3, so I'm assumming a hole in a piston, possibly broken valves?

Anyway...I have available a motor from a 91 Civic Si ( D16A6 )

Will the motor drop into place of the 93 motor ( D15B7 ) and will the 5sp tranny match?

Thanks for any help.

It will work but you must use all the obd-1 parts, manifold and distributor.

The 91 is obd-0 and the 93 is obd-1.

Thanks very much for the clarification.
IF it turns out the problem with the 93 is in the valve train.....can I just swap heads??
Thanks again

Yes the head will fit, probably take as much time though.
