Default H22a4 questions (HELP)

I have a 93 dx hatch and I would like to do an engine swap. I have an
an opportunity to purchase a h22a4 out of a prelude for 300 bones

BUTT the engine came out of a flood car and has a slight knock..
the motor has no distributor ,tranny, throttle body.

I dont know how to tell if the motor was an auto or manual, does it even matter..

Main question is would it be worth my while to re-build and piece together the motor and the other parts to do the swap...... Or should I buy the motor and part it out ?????????????

I wouldn't buy the motor. It'll be a pain in the *** just to convert it over using OBD1, let alone fixing what's wrong with the motor

Listen to this guy!! By the time you're done fixing it and converting, you're gonna be well over the price of a good one. Just buy an OBD 1 engine.

Yep. I agree 100%. Get a different one. . It's not worth the hassle of fixing all the issues.
