Default engine swap

Hey there
My question is, Will a 1990 Integra GS engine tranny swap right into a 1988 Honda Accord LX? The Accord has the 2.0L 2 BL w/ 5spd and the Integra has the 1.8L Fuel injection w/ 5spd also. The Integra has rear end damage and the Accord has no damage what so ever but the engine knocks hard during accelleration. Replaced the belts to get rid of the squeeking every time I start or at times touch the gas and replaced the front discs and brakes. Any help would be helpful because I don't want to order a kit to rebuild the engine unless the engines are not going to be compatable.

Form my understanding F series and B series trannys will not be compatible with each other. Try searching for another F series transmission
