Hey everyone I'm slowly building up my first Honda and i wat wondering what engine you think i should get? My car is a '96 hatch w/ a basically stock engine and M thinking of putting a H22 in my car and im looking to make around175 to 200 hp cuz i want to do some road racing. So my question is which would be a better engine the H22, B18C1, or C5? Im looking for the best overall so based on price, ease of installation, and their potetial what do u think I should get? Thanks

 

B18c or c5.The itr is a slightly better engine stock but will cost more upfront.The h22 isn't going to be as good road racing and is more work to swap.

 

Do the B18's require any cutting of the frame or firewall and would i be able to keep my A/C

 

B18's will bolt in with different motor mounts,no cutting.Use 94 and up integra shift linkage and axles.It's an easy swap.
