Default engine rebuild misc parts advice...

engine is being designed for track days. no intent on racing (famous last words)
I really really could use some advice for exactly what parts I am going to need.

current B18C1 in good shape with 140k on odo

goals again are reliablity, gas mileage, good drivabilty around town, and really fun on the track

bore & hone block
NEW itr OS pistons/rods & bearings
-question #1 what other small parts am i going to need?
im running 91 octane gas i figure these pistons will give me 11.0-11.1~2 :1 compression
I am planning on ordering all of minor bearings/parts under $20 or so. not very cost effective but just want to make sure nothing is left to chance

NEW itr cams, valves, retainers, & intake springs (move current intk spring to exh)
im sure there are lots of other small parts needed or not?

what other parts are their needed on here

should i go for honda head gasket or others?

of course new water pump,

maybe ITR oilpump as well?

any help is appreciated
