i recently finsihed up my b series swap in my eg hatch. i can start the motor and it idles fine, i try to pull off and the motor rev's to 3 grand and it stops there. if i take off and switch into second gear and try to go from there it just dies in second gear. ive taken off the timing belt reset the cams and the number one piston to TDC and it still does the same thing. i dont have an o2 sensor hooked up and the only code it is throwing is 41 which is primary heated o2 is this causing the problem?

 

yea most likely, the car needs the readings on the 02 sensors or it makes the computer go bonkers lol. hook it up and see what happens

 

Yea hook that O2 up, i had a simalar problem and a good O2 crued it.
