When my engine idles for on a cold day i hear a lound sqealing noise form the right side of my engine. I had my belts tightened and i'm going to replace them with my timing belt in another month do you have any other ideas?

 

could be the bearrings on the pulley(s)

 

Check all pulleys. If you have a stethescope you can check the bearings in each pulley. Make sure that your pulleys have no play. Spray some water, carb clean, or any other liquid on the belt. If the noise stops, voila! you have found your problem.
