engine misfire

I have a 99 integra ls complete stock, the engine misfires at idle only. I changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotors. check the cat. and still the same issue? the misfire is in cylinder two, when i took off the injector plug while it was running, their was no effect, i changed the injector and it didnt change either, their is spark their. Could it possibly a stick valve? what is a sticky valve? please help

WOW I have the same problem with my 1991 Civic DX completely stock... changed cap/rotor/plugs/wires.. and still misfires at idle!

what is it? compression is good in all cylinders too
