Probably help to know what car, and what mods.
For a 96-00 Civic, 45 is either System too Rich or System too Lean. Probable causes are: Fuel supply system, primary O2 sensor, MAP sensor, contaminated fuel, valve clearance, or exhaust leakage.
Helms manual strikes again.

sorry about that mods are 50 shot of nos i/h/e cams gears what should i do first i dont want to bring my F&P too low because i'm running nos so what next one more thing is a 98 gs-r
