Left side is passenger side eh? Well stick a K20Z3 from the 2006-2011 USDM Civic Si in it, the transmission is on the left side of the car, but over here that's the driver side of the car.

Not sure what the import fees will be for a USDM motor into your country that has right hand drive left hand passenger. =D

Uummmm... no no no no no.... and NO. The cost of all of the one-off parts necessary to do this would be ridiculous. I don't know if you really thought logically about this before you asked it, or if you are simply trolling... but you don't just "turn an engine around" and it works. First, if you did... you could travel greater than 150 mph with five gears in reverse and about 30 mph in a single gear going forward.
