Default Engine Dyno question

hey guys i'm trying to find a Dyno that's not in gound but they look like two big boxes that you hook your hubs to and it works the same as a dyno..

i'm trying to find this so we can have a dyno at the vo-tech i'm taking classes at...

any imput would be appriciated
