Default Engine Dampener used for rear mount?

Wondering if they make a engine dampener that looks like this to take the place of the stock rear bracket.

Im not sure if that will replace the rear mount but it kinda looks like it would be used to preload the engine mounts so that it doesnt move as much.. An easier alternative to replacing the motor mounts..

I'd like to see one of theses for a B-series swap in an EF/ED but I agree changing motor mounts or using inserts would be more ideal

You don't need a dampener for an engine mount.

Then what would suport your 350 pound engine in the rear?
