Default engine building

Hope this is the correct forum...i have just recently signed on to this forum although i have been "stalking" for several months now...my question is though, there are so many great cars with even greater built motors but most of them are from the midwest or the west coast...what about the east coast? alot of members on this board post up where there motor was built or state that they indeed built it themselves...where are the shops on the east coast, mainly the northeast? sorry for the ramble it just doesnt seem fair to us up here in CT.

thanks in advance for any info on shops in the CT,MA,NY area

RLZ is on the east coast, but down in NC. They've built a few motors for me, including a 400+ WHP B16 and I haven't had any problems with any of them (at least nothing related to the builder).
