Default Energy Suspension Question... PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I am installing my engergy suspension kit. My question involves the hinges that connect the upper A-arms to the chasis. I need to know if I need to remove this inner metal ring. See picture........

This kit is going into my 95' civic. If anybody has any experience with this please help me... TIA

How am I supposed to use a hack saw to get it out? Couldn't I have somebody take it out with a press?

yes, you must use a press. Just find a Socket and put that thing in a press, should take more than a couple of seconds

I don't have a press... However, I tried using a pretty large vise that my dad had, and that thing didn't budge. I guess, I'll just have to take it to a machine shop. Thanks guys for the help....
