My friend has a stock 91 corolla and he had too high of an nitrogen reading to pass his emissions. I've heard filling with 100 octane and possibly trying to boost that with an alternate fuel will make it run clean enough to pass, is there any truth to that? Otherwise he has to buy a new cat which is about the same price as his whole car.
