Default Emissions Help!!! Please take a second to see

my setup is a crvtec 11.5 CR running fully built bottom end and head with a MUGEN program P28 chipped

my:

HCPPM is reading 500 supposed to be reading 100

CO% is supposed be at .50 the emission test is running at 9.50 and on idle it's 5.5

they didn't even continue from there!!!

would swapping out the P28 chipped mugen ECU to a stock P28 ecu help me pass?

I know that the mugen ecu dumps crazy fuel....
What else would help me out here manual fuel pressure regulator w/ fuel pressure gauge?

OH this is NJ by the way

Whoa.

Yeah, try out the ECU swap...you need every ounce of help you can get.

Do you have any other mods? Did you heat your cat (ie redline) before going in? Or how about checking out your O2 sensor to see if it's fouled?

Get rid of the ECU. If you have a VTEC controller.. lean the hell out of it helps too.

ADVANCE YOUR IGNITION TIMMING TOO. IT WILL HELP GET RID OF YOUR FUEL FASTER INSIDE THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER.

advancing your timing will also increase NOx- which you do not want

swap out the ECU and turn the timing back down to minium spec or less. you should pass with no problems then.
