Emissions help

How's it goin? I have a 95 integra GSR with a straight pipe that has passed emissions in the past. Now it's not passing. Any suggestions or tricks? Should I just buy a new cat? What can I do??

post up the results of the smog test. i need to see the o2,co,co2,hc,and nox.
