I am having an issue with my EM1. The starter was removed and checked and it tested out fine. The relays and fuses were checked along with a new battery and those were all ok. The grounds were even replaced and all it does is give me a single click but won't turn over. It's a b16 running a cop setup and AEM ems. I am going to pick up a rebuild kit for the starter and just try that next.Any ideas would be great.

I checked the relays and they seem to be working. Someone very helpfully on this forum stated that it may still be the issue.

Still having the same issue.I have pulled and checked all the relays and fuses and they are all fine.I sent in the AEM ems and Twinfire and they were said to be in working order.I now am out of ideas.I even rechecked all the groundss with no luck. The only thing I think it might be are bad coils but i HAVENT BEEN ASBLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHECK THEM WITHOUT FRYING THE TWINFIRE.
Have a friend turn the ignition on trying to start it. And you hold a test light to small connector on starter. Are you getting voltage sent?
My thoughts
Ignition switch
Or
Neutral switch. You can find this at the very top of your clutch pedal.
This switch tells the computer that your foot is on or off the pedal.
If it is faulty and doesnt see you pushing on clutch, it would be like trying to start car with out pushing in the clutch.
You can jump the connector and see if it works.

I have checked the ignition switch and wiring and the starter is getting the proper voltage.Thed car just doesnt start.I am guessing its either the coils arent working properly or the cam sensor isnt functioning properly.I am running the T1 cam sensor setup with my coil on plug.
The clutch switch I didnt think of.I was under the impression the car wouldnt turn over if the switch wasnt activated?
