Default Eliminating Strut Tower Plugs

I installed a 96 JDM B18cR into my 91 CRX back in 2004 and had accumulated ALOT of wirings including a set of OBD2a ECU plugs. After reading SO many threads on wire tucks I have decided that I will do one. Now my question is with all my excess wires "Can I run wires straight from the engine plugs to the ecu plugs?" Meaning, for example, can I run the injector/distributor/sensor wires straight from their plugs to their proper slot in the ecu plugs and not have to go thru the strut tower plugs? Are the Mil-Spec harnesses made to serve this purpose? After ripping apart my extra wire set I did notice that some from the ecu plugs go to the relay that's underneath the dashboard on the driver side. Can this be done?

Thanks in advance.

it is possible. i did the wit my vtec wiring wit my lsv turbo. if ur gonna tuck the harness id try nd keep the factory plugs for all the sensors. itll save a lotta work runnin all the wirin. i fully tucked my bay nd the only wires i had to extend were the ones for the headlights. other than that the harness was uncut
