Default Electronic Turbo?

Has anyone tried one of those new electronic turbos supposidly they are pretty good but only boost like 1/3-1/2 the amount of a norm turbo which is still ok if you dont want to spend all the money on a good one. let me know if anyone has installed one and tested it.

might as well get one of these

FAST Air Filters are equipped with a built-in 30,000 RPM electric turbine inside that produces a tremendous boost in air velocity which adds up to 10+ more horsepower than the competition--with a flip of a switch. FAST Air Filters are Dyno tested for durability and performance in accordance with proper use and installation.

I'd have to cover the F.A.S.T. Sticker with a NOS one. Every sticker is a .3hp gain

No, the electric superchargers won't do a darn thing. Sure it spins at 30k RPM, but the fan is tiny and a short Boost of air (if it did work) would only throw the ECU into limp mode because it read BOOST in the Intake Manifold. AND momentarily you would run lean.
This is all assuming it could push a semi-half-decent amount of air for the 1.3 seconds that it would be on. But I just can't believe that it is that powerful

Ironic that you say that. Actually, some of them are bilge pumps and the fins on the motors actually brake off and get sucked in the intake and can cause major engine damage. Its not worth it, just save a little longer and get a real turbo.

This has been discussed many times. These so-called turbos are CRAP. Why? They're FANS, not COMPRESSORS - which is what a real turbo is. Does a fan pack air into your engine? No!
