Default Electrical Problem / Fuel Problem

I have a EG with a JDM H22A in it and its not getting any fuel. The fuel pump isnt getting power.

I have service manuels for both and went through the trouble shooting and still dont work.

Main relay is ok.
ECU is ok.
Fuel Pump is ok.
Ground is ok.

So now im checking the harness.

im checking the plug that goes to the MAIN RELAY.

i go through all the wires and everything seems fine, till i get to #6 blue/white wire

but the thing is, its not disconnected anywhere. This is the wire that connects to the ignition. I check to see if its disconnected and its not.

but in the helms it says check to see if there is voltage in it when its in the start position.

this is where it gets wierd. i check and theres voltage when the key isnt in, but when i stick in the key it loses voltage. when i click the key once it lose voltage and when i click it twice still nothing, but when i take out the key theres voltage.

the only thing the helms says to do is to replace that wire but its fine.

i thought it was the #8 wire which goes to A7 on the ECU but that wire is fine too.

so now im stuck.

It seems really strange. Like it's crossed with the contact that works the 'forgot-your-keys-dummy' buzzer. If so, that would be a problem within the electrical part of the ignition switch. Not actually the 'wire' per-se.

this is what happened.
the guy that had the car before messed up the wiring and he said the car wasnt getting any fuel. So i offered him $1900 for the car.

i get the car home and check the fuses, main relay, ground, and fuel pump. So im like WTF?!

so i decided to take out the DX harness and put in a gsr harness i had lying around so i used that. When i wired every up still didnt work.

then thats when i posted in here.

So then i go through everything again.

main relay
pump
ground
ecu

then i check the voltage between the wires

then check fuses again and there was a 15a fuse out..... ?

the weird thing was that, that was the first thing i checked when i got home. checked all the fuses and they were ALL ok. i think i blew a fuse messing with the wiring. well anyways the gsr harness is working great.

im just waiting for a distributor to come home so i can start her up.

The guy that had this car before really fucked up the wiring because when i got the car home and i left the key in the on position to check voltage to the fuel pump, then when i come outside the car i see my distibutor SMOKING !!! im like wTF?!? iono what the guy before me was doing but he really Fucked things up.
