my car has been down for about a month or two, got everything back together today and started it up. jumped car because battery was dead and once charged i started it up. took a while to start and when it did, heard a clicking noise from passenger of side dash board, sounded like a relay clicking on and off. tried listening to my ecu and fuse box (relocated in the glove box),and sounded like it was coming from somewhere else. car bearly runs, backfires, and some clicks of whatever is clicking shuts the car down.i could smell fuel so prolly running rich but need help with the clicking noise and wtf could cause my car to do this. thanks.
