Default Electrical help. Blow fuse?

Ok tonite i was wiring my CTR headlights. The city lights is what i was wiring. I accidently touched the 2 wires together, ground and blinker wire. So the lights wont turn on. The blinkers dont blink and obviously the running lights dont work. The headlights turn on though. Is it a blown relay? Fuse?

help me out please.

Check ALL the fuses. Pull one out at a time and visually chack it. Inside the car and out side the car (the one in the engine bay)
