Default electric speed sensor in a crx not cable

Ok so I have a 91 crx si. Im running an b16a3 and have coverted the car to obd 1. Im running the p30 usdm ecu. The problem Im having is im running a cable to hydrallic tranny coversion and still using the electric speed sensor. Well running it this way the tranny will not send the signal to the ecu and there for no VTEC this sucks. I have looked all over for some Wire Diagrams to wire it direct to the ECU but its still not working. So far I have found that the signal to the ecu is at b10 and that the sesore need a 12 volt connection so I spliced it in to the 12 volt wire of the o2 sensor and ground it to the other wire ground to the o2 sesore now the car has a signal power and ground and still not working No Vtec. Looking at the sesor plug cap from the front of the car it goes left wire Orange=signal, middle wire black with yellow=power 12V, black wire=ground does this sounfd right to anyone. Hope this makes sense.
