Default converting speed sensor crx cable to electric question

car is a 91 crx si, converted to an integra gauge cluster, and i have 2 questions-
1. how the hell do i get the old speed sensor out of there? i've been prying on it for about 2 hours, i broke the brass tube off of it prying on it but the bottom piece is still stuck in there... is there any way i could gain access to it from the hole where one of the axle shafts go? i have been prying and prying and used half a can of wd-40 but the sucker simply will not budge. there has to be a better way to get this thing out.

2. which wire is the signal wire for the vss? it came off of a 95 civic dx transmission, i'm looking at 3 wires: yellow/white, yellow/blue, and black. which one is the signal and which one is the power? i was going to tap into the ecu fuse for the power wire, and simply chassis ground the black wire. will this be ok?
