Not getting any juice as in, the motor isn't turning over, you just turn the key and nothing happens?

as in nothing is happening and the only thing that is working is the brake lights, horn, and hazards, but everything else is nothing. I have checked everything all the grounds and they all coming out with 12 volts, wondering what i can do to get the car to at least get the headlights, and interior lights to come on. I turned the key and nothing happens.

WAIT A MINUTE........YOU CHECK THE GROUNDS AND YOUR'RE GETTING 12 VOLTS....YOU SHOULD BE GETTING 0 VOLTS...YOU MIGHT HAVE THE GROUND REVERSED.....GET A VOLT METER AND CHECK YOUR CHASIS IF THEIRS ANY VOLTAGE ON IT....IT SHOULD BE 0 VOLTS....BUT CHECK THE GROUND FROM THE ENGINE TO THE MOTOR....THEIR SHOULD BE AT LEAST 2 GROUND POINTS ON YOUR EG....FROM RADIATOR SUPPORT TO THE HEAD...AND FROM THE FRAME (PASSENGER SIDE) TO THE TRANNY....CHECK THESE GROUND POINTS....LET ME KNOW IF THIS WORKS

What ever the problem is, be sure to diagnose it well. Then think of how to make that a kill switch.
