The easiest thing to do is to swap the entire trailing arm, brakes and all. If you're getting it from a 95 coupe, just makes sure you get the parking brake cables and brake lines, since those are direct bolt-on. You'll also want the proportioning valve from a rear disc 92-95 Civic, or you can use an Integra one, but I believe it has to be from a non-ABS Integra. Unless your car has ABS, there's no wiring to speak of. If you have ABS, then take the ABS sensor wires from the donor car.

I mostly agree with inspyral on this, the only thing i'll say is i went to the local honda dealership and had them cross reference the part numbers for the proportioning valve on my car ('94 civic LX sedan(US DX)) with a '92 Si hatchback and they came back the same. also, i have personally checked the master cylinder on a '92 Si and it says 13/16s, not 15/16s like most people say, however i believe '94 - '95 civic Si got larger front discs, so perhaps they have the larger master cylinder. My only other point was about the ABS, if you have drums you don't have ABS, so there wont be any wiring, if you have discs then you may have ABS, i think all sedans with rear discs had ABS, but at least some, if not all Si hatchbacks did not have ABS even though they came with rear discs.

ok, so if this coupe does have abs, wat do i have to do since i don't have abs. do i have to redo brake lines, or can i use the ones that are on the drums rite now. how do i run the lines from the proportioning valve to the new discs.

You just use your old lines, the only thing thats different are the rubber flex hoses on the trailing arms and they should come with the rear disc swap. You don't need to run any new hard lines at all.

D'oh, I completely forgot about master cylinders/boosters. I would highly recommend running at least a 15/16" MC/booster or a 1" setup if you can afford it.

i recently done my rear disc conversion i used an entire trailing arm assembly from a 97 teg with e-brake cables. i had to use new integra rubber brake hoses. i just took the abs sensors off since my 94 civic coupe does not have abs (hence the disc convert) i havnt got my 40/40 prop vavle yet but you can get one from any non abs rear disc 92-95 civic, 93-97 del sol,or 90+ integra so far mine has been ok with my stock ex master cylinder/booster i also (thanks to a good friends) advice had to remove 2 of the 4 bolts (1 on each side) that hold the e-brake cables in place to the under body for the e-brake to work and hold properly
