ecucontrol.com and uberchip q's..?
heres are some ?s i have.
i have the techedge 1.5v wb diy unit, which has datalogging to pc and palm already.
ok now comparitively to hondata.......
for NA.
what cant i do that i could with hondata, besides autotune...
is it possible to change settings with the chip still in the ecu? say run a ribbon cable to where the chip should be int the ecu, thenconnect the other end to the chip which is in the reprogrammer in a box...?
also with hondata to tune without a hondata dealer and datalog, you need just the hondata, datalogging option, and rom editor?
ecucontrol.com, only for OBD0 right (ghettodyne)

uber's set up is totaly diffrent. he wrote his own software. uber's soft ware is just as power full as handata, i'm shure most of the code is identicle.
you can't change the settings while you drive but if you use a zif socket and a 29c256 chip you can just keep poping it out and reburning it over and over.
ecu control is just for data loging and sensor reading.
ya you can use a batronix programer for bolth.
p.s. batronix programers are really nice, i defanatly back up that product
