Default ECU wiring

I have a 96 jdm SiR-G/GSR motor sitting in our garage that we pulled out from my 88 crx Si. I sold my crx shell and yanked out the motor. So right now, the motor has everything except fuel injectors, thermostat and its missing the ECU wiring. I'm still kinda a newb to this stuff but I've been around cars for a while just never got into fixing them myself. I would usually take it to shops. I was just wondering, for the 96 jdm gsr motor, would I need to buy new wiring for the ecu to go on the motor?
