Default ECU tuning

I'm new to this whole thing but what do i do to get my ecu tuned? Do i have to send it out or is there one from a different car that i can put in? If i have to send it out where do i have to send it and how much is the average price?

Use the search function, type in "ecu"-you will find a wealth of information, some of it might even be accurate.

A little info would help. Car, motor, manual/auto, set-up, n/a or fi, current ecu, plans, what you are looking for etc... This being a Technical forumn, we can only give you as technical an answer as what you ask.
