ecu programming problem

ecu programming problem
had a pr3 computer rechipped it was an automatic ecu now wide open thottle it does fine but driving down the road slow or just crusing getting a hestation. switch ecu this one is just a stock one and problem went away. it is a spoon program in it could it just be to much for a b16a1 with header and exhaust and if so what would be a better program to go with. oh by the way the plugs are black too

yeah basically i want to know if the spoon program is too much or did this guy just messed up my computer. i aslo want to know what would be the best program to go with for right now
