lastnight i hooked a chipped ecu into my gsr and now its running really really rich my air/fuel gauge just sits in rich like constantly and also when i hit the gas or am in a high gear at low speed and gas it it makes a clanking noise and i cant tell if its coming from the head or intake manifold or what? oh and my secondarys dont open up i heard it was the program im running jaysracing any help would be greatly appreciated thanks..
Jesus I wish people would actually take the time to research something before they buy it and then find out it doesn't work properly and have to ask people on the internet for help.
With that said step 1 throw your a/f gauge out the window, if isn't a wideband o2 that it's just useless blinking lights.
Which ecu are you running? By the sound of things I'd wager a chipped p28, but you didn't even say whether you're running obd-1 or obd-2. The reason your iabs aren't opening is because the program you're running either doesn't support IABS (p28) or has IABS disabled.

The program your using might be for 450cc injectors.. Or maybe its for 900cc injectors.. If you going to run a chipped ecu the whole idea is that you tune it for your car..
