Default ecu help

is there a ecu that will increase my hp by 7-20 hp but still keep my stock revlimiter on a 91 integra b18a1? or should i jus take it to a shop to let them tune it?

cams, cam gears, and im puttin in b16 pistons this week. i jus wanna tune it to increase the amount of fuel injected into the engine under acceleration and modify the timing curve to increase horsepower throughout the power band.
