ecu help *pics
Its a b16 wth a p30, is this an obd1 or obd2, piggybacked i need some help. also wassup wth all the cut wires this is ecu is very sentive to toucth. Please help i want to fix this

wire emi is a bitch
check grounds and if when you move the ecu changes the way teh car runs check map ground and main sensors ground ( iat,ect, tps, o2) which all have a common ground

Are you familiar with the pin outs for an OBD1 ECU? You will need to know the wiring between both OBD1 & 2.
Here are the wires that you should be checking to ensure that they have solid contact. (Remember Every single wire on the harness should have solid contact)
OBD1 ECU Pin numbers
A26 = Primary Logic Ground (LG1 Ground for ECU Control Circuit)
A23 = Primary Power Ground (PG1 Ground for ECU Power Circuit)
A25 = Primary Power Source (IGP1 Power for ECU Control Circuit)
B02 = Secondary Logic Ground (LG2 Ground for ECU Control Circuit)
A24 = Secondary Power Ground (PG2 Ground for ECU Power Circuit)
B01 = Secondary Power Source (IGP2 Power for ECU Control Circuit)
D21 = Primary Sensor Ground (SG1 Sensor Ground MAP Sensor)
D22 = Secondary Sensor Ground (SG2 Sensor Ground ECT, IAT, TPS, etc..)
OBD1 ECU pins from the wire side of the ECU

* NOTE OBD1 pins are numbered left to right odd numbers on top, even on the bottom.
OBD2 wires coming off the conversion harness going out to the car
A09 = Primary Logic Ground (LG1 Ground for ECU Control Circuit)
A10 = Primary Power Ground (PG1 Ground for ECU Power Circuit)
A11 = Primary Power Source (IGP1 Power for ECU Control Circuit)
A22 = Secondary Logic Ground (LG2 Ground for ECU Control Circuit)
A23 = Secondary Power Ground (PG2 Ground for ECU Power Circuit)
A24 = Secondary Power Source (IGP2 Power for ECU Control Circuit)
D12 = Primary Sensor Ground (SG1 Sensor Ground MAP Sensor)

OBD2 conversion harness connector from the wire side.
