Default ecu frying

hey i got a 2000 honda prelude with an h22a4 motor thats obd2... I just recently had it built and a turbo kit installed. before i took it to my tuners they told me i needed to convert it from obd2 to obd1 which i did. When they put the car on the dyno i had precision 1000cc injectors installed on the car without resistors and it fryed the ecu. After that i got resistors installed with new injectors and a new ecu and it fryed the ecu again. Any suggestions what it might of damaged ? or what could be causing this ? The car will run for like 10 minutes and than just shut off
