Default ECU Code 9 problems.....

Background; 91 DA, JDM B16A obd0 Swap, Car starts and drives fine, as soon as it's warmed up, within minutes it throws the code and stutters, other than that, runs perfect.....

Ok, so had a code 9 for the last serveral months, finally got around to doing the diagnostics to trace down the problem, It says its a CYP sensor failure. So I test the wires at the Dizzy, register fine, 500ohms of resistance, meter them at the ECU, same thing, so the flow chart says test for ground on Pin B10, it shows ground, so it says fix the Short in the wiring, but when it's unplugged from the ECU short goes away, so I figure problem is in the ECU, so I swap in another known good ecu, as soon as I do, problem is still there, code 9 as soon as I start the car.......

Any Ideas? I am kinda at my wits end. I don't have another Dizzy to try.

A code 9 almost invariably means you need a new distributor base. I don't know what exactly you tested, but chances are that the CYP sensor is bad even if it tested good. This is common on pre-OBD distributors.
