Default ebrake problem

i recently installed an integra braking system into my 93 civic lx. Everything is great except that the ecable on the driver side doesn't seem to want to move. I can pull the othe rone by hand from inside of the cab but the other one doesn't budge. I can move the part on the calapier where the ebrake connects to so its not that. Can the ebrake line be bad???

Yup. Sounds like the cable is rusted/stuck in its sheath.
