What is this? i was browsing ebay and came accrossed this...is it worth it? what does it do? anyone have it?

i dont that will do anything, why rev a LS motor to 9500, the valvetrain cant handle it

valave train hell the R/S ratio makes that thing a time bomb at that RPM range.
