Default e-brake handle

stupid q I know, but how do you remove an e-brake handle on 00' integra?

Best thing I can think of is that it's like every other ebrake handle...remove the console that covers the ebrake. Make sure the boot itself is not held down by anything, then check the whole way around the handle to make sure there are no screws/allen bolts that hold the handle to the metal center...remove any if they exist. Then just try to pull the handle off by twisting it back and forth to get it to slide off. In my civic I had to use some pliars to get a really good grip on it. It ended up chewing up the handle to the point I'll never be able to use it again but it did work.
