without a air/fuel readings its hard to say where you should add or remove fuel from.
you can try to se the VTEC engagement a little lower if that helps at all.

thats kinda a weird VTEC engagement, and your power seems to drop off a little more then I would expect with cams. what other mods do you have?

Looks like the fun is over by about 8600rpm or so. Reving any higher with whatever cams are currently in there is pointless. You are just increasing the likelihood of seriously damaging the motor...
Plot looks very nice, BTW. Nice smooth power ramp and flat as a board torque plot... You will likely get a few HP from tuning the V-AFCwith a wideband O2 sensor on the dyno. But it does not look like there are any major areas that need improvement based only on the smoothness of the curves. Again, a wideband O2 reading plot is needed...

a little secret maybe you guys have heard of ,a stock toyota twin turbo pump drops right in... when vtec kicked in before the hp and torque droped and then I lost more power up top....
the price I got was alot cheaper (about half) than the same size aftermarket ones that are out there, 255Lph
where did you find one in TO?
