Default driver side axle

So I finally get the motor out and now I can't get the driver side axle out. The passenger and the midshaft came out with a litttle motivation but the driver side won't budge. Can I leave it in if I will be putting it in another car? or Is it good to take it out now?

It will come out...only thing holding it in is a little c-clip. Don't be afraid to put some force to it with a pry bar. If it still won't budge, just leave it, as long as you plan on jacking up the car and lowering it onto the motor, and not dropping the motor into the car with a hoist, obviously that wouldnt work.
