Driver door moves freely
So the metal rod that holds the door steady when you open it broke the other day, and I was wondering what course of action would be best to resolve this issue.
Since it has been broken, now whenever I try to open my door I have to hold it open when I'm stepping out or just trying to chill with it open. Everyday I have to make sure it doesn't smack me in the face or fly open and slam into an adjacent car...Not fun

It's called a door strap. There's eBay or the junkyard. On my to do last as well

Np. Luckily the one that's messed up on mine is the rear, not broken just loud...tried grinding the rust off, lubing it with white lithium, tried silicone spray, shop grease...people give me odd looks when I go to open the door and it sounds like a dying giraffe lol
